  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

  1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on October 15, 2025, at 12:01 AM Mountain Time through January 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM Mountain Time, visit akinliving.com/p/sweepstakes/ for the akin Golden Triangle Sweepstakes and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Fill in all required information. Each resident may enter only once. Only two entries per akin Golden Triangle household (apartment unit) are permitted. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. You may not be eligible to win just because you entered the sweepstakes. 

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of akin Golden Triangle who are at least 18 years of age or older as of January 15, 2026, except employees of Alpine Revesco GP, LLC ("Sponsor") and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the akin Golden Triangle Sweepstakes. Only registered residents living in apartment units at akin Golden Triangle  at time of entry and on January 15, 2026, are eligible to participate. Winners will be required to certify to their residency in an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited.  

  1. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or before January 30, 2026, by Sponsor to select the winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email and must sign and return the required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 14 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion. Failure to respond within the applicable time period could result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Potential winners’ eligibility to win is solely determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If a potential winner is deemed ineligible, Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Entering the sweepstakes also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor does not sell or share your personal information (including email addresses or SSNs). 

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL; BINDING ARBITRATION: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.  

ENTRANTS AND SPONSOR HEREBY KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT EITHER MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN RESPECT OF ANY LITIGATION (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS, COUNTERCLAIMS, CROSS-CLAIMS, OR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS) ARISING OUT OF, UNDER, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR ANY TRANSACTION CONTEMPLATED HEREBY. THIS PROVISION IS A MATERIAL INDUCEMENT FOR THE PARTIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. 

ANY DISPUTE, CONTROVERSY, OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE BREACH, TERMINATION, OR VALIDITY THEREOF, SHALL BE FINALLY RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS APPLICABLE RULES THEN IN EFFECT. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR MUTUALLY AGREED UPON BY THE PARTIES, OR, IF THE PARTIES CANNOT AGREE, APPOINTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE RULES. THE PLACE OF ARBITRATION SHALL BE DENVER, COLORADO, AND THE LANGUAGE OF THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE ENGLISH. JUDGMENT ON THE AWARD RENDERED BY THE ARBITRATOR MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF. 

Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.  

  1. PRIZES: First prize is USD $50,000; second prize is one year of free rent at akin Golden Triangle, [awarded as a credit to your monthly statement; second prize does not cover ancillary costs such as parking, utilities, etc.] There is only one prize per tier. Prizes will be presented as a cashier’s check from Sponsor’s bank or [as a credit on the winner’s lease statement]. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received; two prizes are available and two separate prize notices will be distributed. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  

  1. RESTRICTIONS: Eligibility requires that winners must be current residents of akin Golden Triangle as of January 15, 2026. Any entrant who does not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 

  1. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Colorado, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof.

  1. What is the akin Giveaway Sweepstakes? 

    The akin  Giveaway Sweepstakes is a resident initiative designed to celebrate our community and give back to those who call akin Golden Triangle home. We are offering one cash prize of $50,000 and one free rent for one year to help our residents take the next step in their personal journeys, whether that means buying a home, traveling, furthering education, or tackling debt. 

  1. How can I enter the sweepstakes? 

    To enter, eligible residents can visit https://akinliving.com/p/sweepstakes/ and follow the on-screen instructions to submit the required entry form between October 15th , 2025, at 12:01 AM MT and January 15th , 2026, at 11:59 PM MT. After logging in, click on the sweepstakes icon and complete the brief entry form. Once submitted, your entry will be officially recorded. Only one entry per resident and a total of two entries per household (apartment unit) are allowed. 

  1. Who is eligible to enter? 

    You are eligible to enter the sweepstakes if: 
       - You are 18 years of age or older as of October 15th, 2025 
       - You are a current resident of akin Golden Triangle associated with a lease in good standing at entry and on January 15th, 2026 
    Note: Employees of Revesco Properties, Alpine Investments, and employees and associates of their 3rd party property manager and any other affiliates of Revesco, Alpine or property manager, along with immediate family members or household residents, are not eligible to win 

  1. What are the prizes? 

    There are two prizes in total: 
    - First Prize: $50,000 
    Second Prize: Free rent at akin Golden Triangle for one year (equal to your monthly rent at akin Golden Triangle × 12)  

  1. How and when will the winners be selected? 

    Winners will be selected through a random drawing on or before January 30th  2026. The drawing will be monitored by an independent audit firm to ensure fairness and transparency. 

  1. Can I enter the sweepstakes if I’m not a current resident? 

    No, the sweepstakes is for residents of akin Golden Triangle. Only residents associated with an active lease in good standing both at entry and on January 15th, 2026, are eligible to win. 

  1. How will I know if I’ve won? 

    Winners will be notified by email and/or phone following the random drawing on or before January 31st, 2026. Please ensure your contact information is correct on your entry form and up-to-date in your resident portal to avoid missing any communication regarding the sweepstakes.
     

  1. What can I use the cash prize for? 

    The cash prize is yours to use however you wish. Whether it’s for making a down payment on a home, taking a dream vacation, paying off debt, furthering your education, or just getting a financial head start, this prize is intended to give you a boost toward whatever future you’re building.
     

  1. How do I know if my entry was successfully submitted? 

    After submitting your entry form, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided in the form. We recommend saving a screenshot of the confirmation. If you have any issues or do not receive confirmation, please contact the akin Golden Triangle leasing team at pod10@charlesgate.com.  

  1. Can I enter multiple times? 

    Each eligible resident is limited to one entry and each household (apartment unit) is limited to two total entries for the sweepstakes.  Additional entries will disqualify all entries for that household. 

  1. Is there a fee to enter? 

    No, there is no fee to enter the akin Golden Triangle Sweepstakes. It is free for all eligible residents of akin Golden Triangle (subject to rules above). 

  1. What is the deadline for entering the sweepstakes? 

    The sweepstakes will close on January 15th , 2026, at 11:59 PM MT. Make sure to submit your entry before the deadline to be eligible. 

  1. Who is putting on the sweepstakes? 

    The sweepstakes is presented by akin Golden Triangle, Alpine Investments and Revesco Properties. An independent firm will monitor the sweepstakes drawing to ensure transparency and fairness. 

  1. What happens if I forget to enter the sweepstakes before the deadline? 

    Entries must be submitted by January 15th , 2026, at 11:59 PM MT. Unfortunately, we cannot accept late entries, so be sure to submit early. 

  1. Will my personal information be shared with third parties? 

    No. Your personal information (including email addresses and Social Security Numbers) will not be sold or shared. However, by entering the sweepstakes, you give permission to the Promotion Parties to use the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without additional compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. 

  1. What if I miss the winner announcement or cannot be reached? 

    If we are unable to contact a winner within 14 days of the initial notification, or if the winner does not claim the prize within this period, an alternate winner may be selected. 

  1. How can I update my contact information to ensure I can be reached if I win? 

    If you need to update your contact information, simply log in to your resident portal and make the necessary changes. It’s important to keep your details current to ensure you don’t miss any important notifications.  

  1. What should I do if I encounter any issues while entering the sweepstakes? 

    If you experience any issues while submitting your entry, whether through the resident portal,  please contact the akin Golden Triangle leasing / management team at pod10@charlesgate.com. Our team is available to help resolve any technical difficulties. 

  1. Can I enter the sweepstakes if I am planning to move out of akin Golden Triangle before the drawing? 

    You must be a current resident in good standing of akin Golden Triangle on January 15th, 2026 to be eligible. If you are planning to move out before January 15th 2026, you would not be eligible to win. 

  1. When is the payout? 

    The payout will occur within 30 days of the drawing which will occur on or before January 30th , 2026. Winners will be notified by email and must sign and return the required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release prior to receiving the payout. After this, the prize will be awarded, provided the winner meets all requirements. 

  1. Will the prizes be taxed?  

    Yes, the IRS considers prizes like this to be taxable income. If you win one of the Grand Prizes, taxes will be taken out upfront as required by law. If you win either prize, you’ll get a tax form showing the value of your prize. You’ll need to report that amount when you file your taxes, and you may owe additional federal, state, or local taxes depending on your situation.  
     

  1. How is the “free rent for one year” prize calculated? 

    The prize is equal to the winner’s current monthly rent multiplied by 12 months. 

  1. Does the free rent prize cover utilities, parking, or other fees? 

    No, the prize only applies to monthly base rent. Residents are still responsible for any additional charges such as utilities, parking, or other fees. 

  1. If I live with roommates or a partner, do we each get one entry? 

    The official rules allow only two entries per unit. Even if more than two eligible residents live in the same unit, only two entries are permitted for that unit. More than one entry per resident or more than two entries per household (apartment unit) will result in disqualification of all entries for that apartment unit. 

  1. How will the winnings be paid out? 

    - For the first prize of $50,000, the winning will be paid out as a direct cash prize (in the form of a cashier’s check from Sponsor’s bank) after all eligibility requirements are met. The prize will not be applied as a rent credit or show up on your resident ledger. 

    - If you win the Free Rent for a Year prize, you will receive a monthly credit to your account equal to the rent amount stated in your lease agreement. If you have already paid rent for any months prior to receiving the prize, you will be reimbursed for those rent payments so that your total benefit reflects twelve (12) months of free rent, beginning with the commencement of your lease. Applicable rent credits will continue each month until the total value of credits and/or reimbursements equals twelve (12) months of rent.  

  1. What if I’m delinquent on rent? Can I still win? 

    Eligibility requires you to be a current resident and your unit’s lease be in good standing both at the time of entry and on January 15th, 2026. Factors affecting good standing include timely payment of rent and compliance with all material lease terms in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. 

  1. What are the odds of winning? 

    Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.  

  1. If I gave my notice, will I be taken out of the sweepstakes? 

    You must be a current resident and listed as an occupant on your unit’s lease, which must be in good standing at entry and as of January 15th, 2026, to be eligible. Giving notice does not disqualify you unless you are no longer a resident in the building on January 15th , 2025. 

  1. How are you verifying people are residents? 

    Eligibility and resident status will be verified through resident records in the leasing office database.   

  1. What do I need to bring with me to claim my prize? 

    Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release form. The Affidavit of Eligibility and Release form must be notarized, so winners will be required to pay for a notary service (some banks and other institutions provide this service for free), as well as provide valid photo identification for such notarization. Winners should bring their photo identification when returning their Affidavit of Eligibility and Release so akin staff (or another Sponsor party) can confirm their identity as a prize winner.
