Pet Policy
We charge $35 per household and a $350 refundable pet deposit.
Certain aggressive breeds are restricted at all Bryten communities. We do not allow the following aggressive breeds/mixes at our communities, including, but not limited to: Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-hybrids, Pit Bulls (also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Bull Terrier).
